Welcome to sunny Fort Morgan Alabama! A comfortable stay away from your busy life.
Gulf Shores Plantation is a gated complex with 24 hours security. Our condo is located right off the beach with quick access to the outdoor pools and other fun activities. The 16' long balcony is ideal for watching the waves come in onto the beautiful white sand beaches with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico!

The condo is 850sq and on the 2nd floor. If you want to get away from the crowds, but are also looking for a quality beach vacation, this is the place for you! 20 minutes drive to Gulf Shores downtown and 30 minutes to Orange Beach.

A link will be sent with the check-in instructions to complete pre-registration AND purchase a parking pass. Each guest vehicle arriving at the guard house must have a UNIQUE printed registration and parking pass receipt.

NOTE
- Insurance is STRONGLY recommended, especially in hurricane season.
- $200 security deposit upon booking. No authorization hold will be placed. Guests will only be charged if the damage occurs or late check-out.
- Pest control: every 3rd Monday of the month. Someone will temporarily access to the unit with the property manager.
- Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent most months.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
